🔄 Clutzen Exchange & Return Policy

At Clutzen, we want you to love what you wear. But if something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free exchange-only process.

🔁 What is Clutzen’s Exchange Policy?

  • Once the returned item(s) reach us and pass quality verification, you can exchange them for any product of equal or higher value from our store.
  • A return handling charge of ₹50 per product will apply (waived if the item was wrong or defective).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be unused and returned within 3 days of delivery.

🛠 Received a wrong or defective product?

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at business@clutzen.com or on WhatsApp at +91-8508680469.
  • 📸We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • If your order shows as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, notify us within 48 hours.

✅ Return Checks We Perform:

  • Product is unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • No damage, stains, or signs of wear
  • Return reason matches the issue reported

⏱ How long will the return process take?

  • If your PIN code is serviceable, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Keep the product packed and ready for pickup.
  • The full return and exchange process takes 7–10 working days from your request.

📦 What if reverse pickup is unavailable?

  • If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the item to us.

🚫 Can I get a refund?

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We only provide product exchanges, including for prepaid and COD orders.
  • If verified as wrong/defective, we’ll issue a replacement only.

🚫 Products not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items returned after 72 hours of delivery
  • Items that fail the quality check
  • Items without tags, packaging, or showing wear

❌ Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • Yes, orders can be cancelled from your Orders page before they are processed.
  • Orders are usually processed by 11 AM on working days.

💳 Can I get a refund for a cancelled prepaid order?

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations.
  • We will instead offer a store credit or exchange for future use.

📏 Facing a sizing issue?

       No worries! Just contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you with the best solution.

🔁 Is there a limit on return attempts?

  • Yes. The same product cannot be returned more than twice.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns in case of policy abuse.
